@Harry...thanks for looking at the site. Although I do prefer historical subjects, the occasional fantasy figure lets me play with different colours. Also there are some non-historical figures that just catch my eye and shout "buy me"!
Good site, friend! Read your NMM tutorial and will try it on my next "brassy" figures - doing Prussian Corp de Lutzov right now. Not a lot of shiny stuff on them... Your flesh technique is interesting too. Your Elfin High Whatsit almost makes me want to go do fantasy - but not quite...
Hi Abel, thanks for visiting the site. There is my own simple tutorial on this site, I sort of just made up my own technique and it isn't the NMM as practiced by the purists! Try CMON or Ozpainters sites as they have various tutorials on there.
Hey, Bob, I visit your site about once a week to ogle! I was wondering, do you paint your figures' metal parts using a NMM procedure? I saw the new elf figure to which you posted the link on TMP and I was very impressed. If you could point me to any on-line tutorials that might be useful I'd be very appreciative.
Good to see you are still painting - thought you might have stopped as I had'nt seen you on Steve Deans forum for a while. Love the Polish Lancer, and looking forward to seeing future paint jobs.
